The homepage is the starting point of online shopping with Dorol. If at any point during your visit you click on the ‘home’ link at the top of the page, or the Dorol logo in the top left corner, you will be returned to the home page.
From the homepage, you can browse through our entire range by selecting the product category that you are interested in. The homepage contains links to our latest special offers and deals, as well as customer services/information pages.

How do I search for products? |

There are several ways of finding products on www.dorol.com.
You can browse through our entire online catalogue by selecting one of the categories, either from the homepage or from the navigation bar at the left side of your screen. Whilst browsing, you can view products by different criteria, such as by brand, by size etc.
You can also search for products by name – simply enter the type of product (e.g. car, plane, radio control) into the search by word or catalogue number box and we will produce all of the products which match your chosen word. Entering a valid catalogue number into this same field will produce details of that product.
If you already know the catalogue number of the product(s) you’d like, use our ‘Quick Order’ facility. Simply enter in all of the relevant catalogue numbers and then add them all to your trolley at once.
If you then want to buy or reserve any item just click on the shopping cart button. Remember, you can remove products from your 'shopping cart at any time.

How to place an order? |

Once you have added all of your items to your shopping cart after ticking the ‘Order’ box below to each product and click ‘Submit’ to proceed to checkout.
Before you enter your details, we will ask you to confirm your contact information so that we can check that stock of your chosen products is available. Once stock has been checked and is available, we’ll then ask you to complete your delivery and contact addresses. All fields marked with an asterisk must be completed. You will be presented with the delivery options which are available for your order. These options will vary depending on the type of products you have ordered.For more details,please contact us.
Having completed the delivery details, you will be asked to complete your payment details. Again, all fields marked with an asterisk must be completed. You can pay by T/T or L/C at sight. Your details will be encrypted to keep them secure.
After completing your payment details, select ‘continue’ to place your order. You will receive an on-screen acknowledgement with your order number and details, which you should make a note of for future reference. We will also send you an email confirming that we have received your order.

How do I register? |

Registering with us will make your online visits to Dorol quicker and easier. To begin the registration process, click on the ‘Member Log in’ button at the left hand side of your page. To begin creating an account, you will need to provide us with a user name (we suggest you use your email address) and a password. Also, just in case you forget your password, we will ask you to provide us with a security question which only you will know the answer to. We’ll then ask you to complete some personal details, and you may want to enter in some preferred delivery addresses before completing your registration.

How do I log in to Dorol.com? |

Once you have registered with us, you are able to log in to Dorol.com at any time. Just click on the ‘Member Log in’ link, and enter your user name and password (exactly as you gave when you first registered). If you have forgotten your password, click the ‘get help’ button next to the words ‘forgot your password’.
Logging in means that placing an order will be even faster and easier than usual as all of your address and delivery details will already be filled in. Whilst logged-in, you can change any of these details, as well as any other addresses or details you may have entered previously.

How can I find special offers and latest price cuts? |

To take advantage of our special offers and latest price cuts, simply click on the ‘Newest Products’and ‘Special Offers’ button on the homepage. If you are browsing through the catalogue, clicking on the buttom link in the bottom left hand corner of the screen will show all products in that category which are on special offer.
Don’t forget to check the full details of the offer and the product prior to placing your order, to make sure you are aware of any terms and conditions that may apply.
